44. FAVOURITE SEASON? Of what? A year or a tv-series? Year: summer. It used to be winter, coz I love snow and darkness, and burning candles. And staying indoors and drinking hot chocolate. But after moving to this flat few summers ago, I realized this place is meant for summer. I just L-O-V-E my terrace!!

47. HAVE YOU EVER… WENT MOVIE HOPPING? Yep. The first time I was in L.A (May ’98). I went to see Godzilla at the Long Beach Plaza movie theatre. During the film a fire alarm went off and we all were evacuated. I was adviced to complain after this horrendous incident, so I did and got five free tickets to that theatre. When my friend Mikko, with whom I was staying at the time, went to work, I decided to kill time by watching film or two there the next day with my free tickets. I noticed that during the daytime showings one could easily slip inside another hall during the end credits without anyone paying attention. So I watched three films in a row. And did that few times afterwards, and ended up seeing nearly 20 films with my five freebies!
48. HAVE YOU EVER… CAUSED AN ACCIDENT? Does burning your terrace count? Hmmm… I’ve caused one old lady to die at a bank office. And that was an accident.

56. HAVE YOU EVER… BEEN IN A CAR ACCIDENT? Four times. once when i was a kid my mom tried to learn how to drive and backed our car into a tree. No injuries there. And then three times during one month (December 1984). We (mom, dad and me) were returning home late at night from Oulu (another town in Lapland) where I was at Kim Wilde’s concert. Mom was sleeping at the front seat and I was in the back seat. It was around 3am at night and a huge moose jumped in front of our car and smashed right in from the windshield. Our car got completely destroyed, but luckily no injuries to anyone then either, if you don’t count the shock it gave to my mom. After two weeks almost in the same spot another similar accident happened and within a week from that a third one. These latter ones were minor clashes, but still had to be reported since our car got dents at both times. The insurance company was amazed.
57. HAVE YOU EVER… BEEN TO ARFICA? Not even in my dreams. Just don’t have even the slightest desire to go to a place that’s so hot and dry. Athough, at one point Iwanted to go to Egypt to see the pyramids, but not anymore. (And that was way before I read that Meiju-book, Sampo!)

Just the very idea of getting one – any one – from a friend is enough to make it the world’s most beautiful flower, really. But knowing me… the weirder the flower looks, the more I love it. Favourite Holiday?: have to say christmas, coz i love winter and all the coziness during it. theres lots snow and almost no daylight here in finland. in december 21st we have approximately 1-3hrs of light, coz thats the day when the night is at it’s longest. i have nothing againgst summer, but i just prefer sipping hot cocoa with bailey’s in front of a fireplace (or in my case lotsa candles) and wearing pullovers and waiting for bus in a windy snowstorm in the bus-stop. it’s not for the presents that i love christmas, coz i love giving presents to my friends throughout the year. a top contender for christmas was midsummer, which we finns celebrate in the june, but at that time it’s the opposite circumstances and many of our “family of friends” are at their summer-cottages etc. so coz i love get-togethers, i picked christmas.

149. How many times did you fail your drivers test? Zero, coz I’ve never taken one. Never needed. I have sucker friends who drive me around every time I need to. And my workd pays me taxi whenever I need, so… not even considering to take it.
150. IF YOU COULD BUILD A SECOND HOUSE ANYWHERE, WHERE WOULD IT BE? Ok. Having and building are two way different things, and with my skills… I don’t think there even would be a house, more like a shack. (Built one into our backyard tree as a kid, so I know I’m capable at least for something.)
But if I could have a house built for me, it would have be in L.A. somewhere near the Hollywood-sign. Not that I’d like to live there, I’d just love to own a house there. And having a house in L.A. would mean a good place for friends to bunk up when visiting – not mention a place where to stay every time I fly over to L.A. to do some work stuff.
But if the question really meant what’s my second fave place to live, it would be in downtown London, but building a house there – not likely, heh.

Most music I like is never published here, so I have to order online. Hmmm.. I think the latest I ordered was Dimitris Korgialas’ Greatest Hits & Videos -collection.
152. WHAT TIME DO YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING? Depending on if I’m running the magazine or not. On my weeks I wake up Monday to Friday at 8.25 am and on my off-weeks around 10-11 am. And on weekends… never before noon, usually around 2-3pm.
153. WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE KITCHEN APPLIANCE? Dishwasher. I just couldn’t do without it. Not that I’d need to use it that much, since I have a kannuksean houseboy to do all my housework for me. But the day he finds someone else, I’m left with piles of unwanted chores, out of which doing dishes is the outmost disgusting one. In the kitchen, that is. I do love my smoothie-blender too… and the toaster… but I need to look into the inevitable future and say the dishwasher.

Since I don’t even own a driver’s license and my dad just bought a new car, I’d have to pick which ever is the most expensive one, sell it and spend the money on monthly Public Transportation -passes and occasional cab-rides. (And dvd’s.)

But I make it easy, and pick one of the skills The Superheros have, and that would be: the ability to travel at the speed of light. That way I’d get to see more of the world even after a workday!
159. NAME ONE PERSON FROM YOUR PAST YOU WISH YOU COULD GO BACK AND TALK TO? Of my past? Is Marilyn Monroe okay for an answer? I read several her autobiographies during my teen years, so she was a big part of that. If not, then my pick is… Madonna, whom I interviewed in Stockholm 1998. Not that I’d really yearn to talk to her that much, I’d just pick her to spite few friends. Truth to be told, I really don’t have that many dead relatives I would love to meet, so if I couldn’t choose any of the celebrities I’ve interviewed, then I would prolly pick Tony, the cutest guy in my class at the secondary school. My grandma died and I had to move to a different school, so it’d be nice to see whatever happened to Tony, whom I had to leave behind coz we moved to a different city.
160. WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE DAY? Prolly Friday. I love irregularities, and weekends are time to do whatever I want to. I have no need to wake up next morning nor get to the office, so I can stay up and chat etc. as late as I want to. (Not that I wouldn’t do that on weeknights anyways). But I’m always having different kinda projects, like organizing videotapes, photos, updating my site, movie-marathons, etc. which always take days, and I hate breaks when I’m really into something and in the middle of it, so I usually save those bigger projects for weekends when I have ample time. And even if Friday i sa work-day, the closer it comes to it’s end, the more I feel like I have a whooole weekend ahead to do whatever I want.
